Eligibility
- Associate Member: Physicians who are not licensed, but are graduates of a medical school in United States or Canada, or international medical graduates certified by Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), are eligible to become an associate member of the ACAP.
- Student Member: Medical students are eligible to become a student member of the ACAP.
- Member: Physicians licensed in any state of the United States are eligible to become a member of the ACAP.
- Honorary Member: Non-physicians substantial contribution to the purposes of the ACAP may be nominated by the Executive Committee as an honorary member of the ACAP

- Lifetime Membership: $1000
- Full Membership: $100
- Associate Membership: $50
- Student Membership: $25
Note: - The payment of annual dues is a prerequisite for membership in the ACAP. Annual dues are a requirement for voting or running for elected positions.
- Members may elect to pay a lifetime dues of $1000 in a lump sum, which will permanently waive their annual dues.
- Annual dues are payable on upon acceptance to ACAP, and before March 1 of every calendar year.
